*If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
*Program used: Photoshop CS2

 
1. Crop your base

2. Duplicate your base three times and set them all to screen 100%

3.Make new layer and fill it with b9fb29 (light green) and set that to soft light 29%

4. Make a new selective layer and use this settings

RED
C -100
M 0
Y +100
B 0

YELLOW
C -100
M 0
Y +100
B 0

GREEN
C 0
M +100
Y +100
B +100
Set this layers opacity to 40%

5. Make another Selective layer and use this settings

NEUTRAL
C +47
M +20
Y -14
B 0
set this opacity to 60%

6. Make a new selctive layer
use this settings

RED
c 0
M +31
Y 0
B 0
set the opacity to 35%

7. Make a new curves layer and use this settings
(Point 1.) I 102
O 85

(Point 2.) I 76
O 53

And you are done
The end result should look something like this

Worked beautifully!

(I did the coloring before cropping in this one just to see if it would make a difference, but I don't think it did)
(Cropped first)

I also tried on some non-GG pics, but it didn't work too well. Might try again later, though. Many thanks again. I love this one. :D

Väldigt bra tutorial gumman, Tack!! Har letat länge efter en bra coloring till mina sports night iconer & har nu äntligen hittat en som funkar! Resultatet blev riktigt bra! :D

i love this tut but i dont have ps i have psp so i dont have selective coloring & i was wondering if you could try to get the coloring without using selective color and making a tut out of it?
that would be great, but if you can't thats fine

loveis4ever_xx: did you tried to download the psd and then open it up in your program, and then drag the layers to your icon?
I don´t know if that´s working, but it was just an idea.
I can´t do a coloring without useing selective color, sorry

Do you understand what i´m mean?

Yeah I tried that and it didnt work.

i probably just download a free trial of ps soon lol.

btw- i lovee gilmore girls also:)
